The First BIG 20 to commence Thanksgiving week!

It's no wonder we all struggle with weight loss, and especially around the holidays.  Everything just tastes so good.  It isn't long before we find ourselves feeling very uncomfortable in our own skin.  Constantly stepping on that scale, checking to see if we have accomplished moving a pound, day in and day out.  This is what life dishes us, holidays filled with cakes, cookies and pies.  The sky is the limit, add another turkey, or even a giant drumstick.  Everything has become "giant" even the genetically modified foods that we eat are giant.  Scientists are finding ways daily to make our fruits and vegetables bigger, fruitier, more colorful and with natural pest control properties.  But how healthy are we?

Look around.  Every where you look you will find someone that needs to get control over what they are putting in there bodies.  It's not hard to find, we live in an obese society.  It's obesity that is plaguing our nation, and there is no hope for our health care costs, for our social needs, we are just in it up to our eye balls.  What could one person do to help the nation tackle this health care problem?  Well I know one thing is for sure, I can't beat them, but I sure can try.

I started a program called the "BIG 20" Project.  I will be selecting 20 people to work with me and my team on their weight loss goals.  We will be offering these 20 people personal training 3 days a week.  We will be working very closely with them on nutrition planning, and programming for at home exercise.  This is something I always dreamed about.  I finally have the opportunity to help people who don't know where to start on helping themselves get well, get fit and learn how to stay on that track.  If you are interested in being a part of the "BIG 20" Project, email us today, you would be the next applicant who jump starts your weight loss program.  There is a fee to be involved if you are accepted, there is also a prize of free personal training.  Email us today, send your name, address, number, and why you think you would be a good candidate for the "BIG 20" send inquiries to stcbyso@gmail.com.
